Act fast! Because I can only take one more client!
(Including weekends with possible, occasional exceptions)
First come, first served!
I will personally build your website for you! I am experienced, conscienscous, and diligent.
I do amazing work at a cheap rate.
I can even show the secret way to buy/register a domain name for only $6.95/year!
That's $3/year off the normal price!
I have an expensive hosting account with http://dreamhost.com/ with unlimited everything. It's great!
I can give you SSH access for your site(s) (virtually the same access I have) and unlimited everything at only $3/month!
If your hosting demands grow unusually large (I'm talking like Google, Facebook, or YouTube), we can easily transfer everything to another server. Until then, your site(s) will do fine, even with lots of traffic, storage space, and/or users.

Email me a brief description of what you want. Then, let's talk over the phone to give me a better idea of your vision.
How to make my job even easier (and thus cheaper for you):
1. Best Way:
The first step in building a website idea is to get it down on paper.
Thus, it's best to draw out your design of each page at its actual size.
Use color pencils or crayons for color, scan the drawings, and email them to me as attachments.
Also, clearly indicate the site behavior, like what happens when you click, etc.
The better you show me how you want your site to look and behave, the better I will make it.
2. Happy Medium:
Just email me the content (writing and/or photos) you want on your page, and I'll design it for you.
This will take me longer because I'll also have to be making design decisions, etc.
3. Bare minimum:
Or, you can just let me create it for you.
This will take me the longest because I'll also have to be creating content, finding photos, making design decisions, etc.
Other options:
-We can also meet in person and work on the site together. This will make things go much smoother and faster and will most-likely increase my productivity.
-I can share my screen with you so you can watch my work and communicate remotely from your computer. If you have a Mac (Apple Computer), then this is much easier to do since the necessary software is already installed.
To save you complete risk, I can start by working for an hour and send you a screen shot of what I've done.
If you like, I bill you and keep working. If you're not satisfied, you don't pay. Simple.
I will also make it easy for you to guide my progress by uploading often to a beta webpage and by being an email or phone call away.
I currently accept payment via Paypal, which allows payment via credit card.
